M&D Drafting was awarded the fieldwork part of this project in April of 2007. The drafting is still ongoing but should be finished in early fall 2008. Almost 1 ¾ years of fieldwork drafting.

The entire structure was 44,000 tons of steel. Due to extensive changes and additions, M&D Drafting was hired to take care of this portion. There are 14 divisions of fieldwork.

At the start of this project we had no fewer than 4 people on site at all times to take care of all questions and site queries.

In March of 2008, M&D was awarded the Bungalows and Nightclub portion of the project. These 2 portions are also considered “add ons” to this project.
